Privacy Policy

Majestical Roof LLC ("we," "us") operates Tutti (the "Application"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how it's shared — including with the other people in a care circle you're part of.
Information We Collect
- Account information: your email address, used to sign in via one-time codes (and, for a small number of demo/test accounts, a password).
- Care data: information you or someone in your care circle enters about a care receiver — their name, date of birth, notes, medication/measurement/activity schedules, and the history of completed or skipped tasks, including any values or notes recorded with them (e.g. a blood pressure reading).
- Precise location: only when completing a task that's been marked as requiring location verification, and only with your permission. It's used to confirm you were present when the task was completed. Declining location access never blocks completing the task — it's just recorded as unverified.
- Usage and device data: standard technical information such as IP address and device/browser type, collected automatically.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide the core service — syncing schedules, tasks, and activity history across everyone with access to a care circle.
- To verify task-completion location when a task has been configured to require it.
- To communicate with you about your account, such as sign-in codes.
Sharing Within Your Care Circle
Tutti is built around care circles: multiple people — admins, stakeholders, and caregivers — can be given access to the same care receiver's schedule, notes, and activity history, including any location-verification results. Whoever manages a care circle controls who has access and at what role. Leaving or being removed from a circle stops your future access, but does not retroactively remove history you already contributed — task completions you logged remain part of the permanent activity record for that care receiver.
Third-Party Services
We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) to host the Application's backend and store data. We do not sell your personal data.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting contact@majesticalroof.tech.
Children
Tutti is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we've inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the information we process, including encryption in transit and access controls limiting who can see a given care circle's data.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date; continued use of the Application after a change means you accept the update.

By using Tutti, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy.
