Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Tutti (the "Application"), provided by Majestical Roof LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Application, you agree to these terms.

Not Medical Advice

Tutti is a scheduling and care-coordination tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional medical judgment or emergency services. If you're facing a medical emergency, contact emergency services directly — do not rely on Tutti.

Your Responsibility for Care Receiver Information

By entering information about a care receiver, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to share it with the other members of that care circle. You're responsible for the accuracy of schedules, notes, and logs you or your care circle enter.

Accounts and Plans

Tutti offers a free tier with limited usage (currently: one care receiver, a two-person care circle, and recent activity history) and a paid tier with no such limits. Paid subscriptions, once available, renew automatically until canceled and are billed through the App Store or our web billing provider, depending on where you subscribed.

Intellectual Property

The Application and its content are owned by Majestical Roof LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Application except as the Application itself allows.

Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Application at any time. We'll make a reasonable effort to communicate material changes affecting paid features.

Your Device and Data Security

You're responsible for keeping your device and account credentials secure. Using a modified or jailbroken device may expose your data to additional risk and is at your own discretion.

Third-Party Services

We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) to host the Application's backend and store data.

Service Limitations

The Application requires an internet connection for most features. You're responsible for any data charges from your carrier, including while roaming internationally. We don't guarantee the Application will be compatible with every device or operating system version indefinitely.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Application, and delete your account, at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here; continued use of the Application after a change means you accept the update.
